SUCCESSFUL PROJECT DEPLOYMENT WILL INCREASE MATERIAL CIRCULARITY, DEMONSTRATE THE VIABILITY FOR THERMAL BATTERIES TO PROVIDE LOW-CARBON HEAT, AND SPUR FUTURE INVESTMENT BY SETTING A NEW LOW-CARBON MARKET STAND | BIPARTISAN INFRASTRUCTURE LAW (BIL) – WHEELER PROJECT WHEELER’S PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO CONSTRUCT 55 MILES OF 115 KILOVOLT TRANSMISSION. |
