| Description | PURPOSE: THE PURPOSE OF THIS GRANT IS TO IMPLEMENT THE NEW MEXICO DIGITAL EQUITY PLAN DEVELOPED PURSUANT TO THE STATE DIGITAL EQUITY PLANNING GRANT PROGRAM. ACTIVITIES TO THE PERFORMED: THE PROPOSED PROJECT ACTIVITIES INCLUDE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SUBGRANT AWARD PROGRAM, STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT, EDUCATION AND OUTREACH AS WELL AS EVALUATING AND MAINTAINING THE DE PLAN.
