From Texas HHSC Child Care Regulation, New York OCFS regulated-program, Pennsylvania DHS child care provider, Washington DCYF licensed provider and Massachusetts EEC licensed program data. A license records the regulator's authorization and licensed capacity, not current enrollment. In Pennsylvania a provisional certificate is issued to new centers and to centers correcting violations, so not every one is new. Massachusetts data is a monthly snapshot, so new programs can appear a few weeks after licensing. Family and group family day care homes are excluded, and no personal contact details are listed. Verify with the state regulator.
