Specifically, I am seeking documents to show:  1. a list of all economic disclosure statements filed by JCDecaux since 2017.  2. a list of all entities retained by JCDecaux, including the name of each company and the actual or estimated fees those entities received from JCDecaux since 2017.  3. a list of each WBE, MBE and VBE hired by JCDecaux since 2017, and the amount of money paid to each of those WBE, MBE and VBE vendors.  4. a report showing all of the city of Chicago residents that JCDecaux has hired since 2017 under the terms of the contract to comply with the Chicago Residency Ordinance. Please provide data showing the number of city residents who worked for JCDecaux as well as those city residents who worked for each subcontractor. This should also include the amount of money paid to city residents by JCDecaux as well as each of its subcontractors. Please provide a breakdown by company and each year since 2017.  I look forward to your response within five business days as required by law. |
