A copy of the "Modification Summary Report" can be found here: https://ecm.chicago.gov/eSMARTContracts/service/dpsweb/ViewDPSWeb.zul.   Please provide any and all documents comprising the full contract extension, including but not limited to any and all documents related to the spending on "Investigation Software Licensing."   The "Modification Summary Report" shows that $292,900 is being spent on "Investigation Software Licensing." A Non-Competitive Review Board application -- found here: https://www.chicago.gov/content/dam/city/depts/dps/SoleSource/NCRB2023/AXON%20Enterprise%20Inc%20(OPSA)%20-%20Modification%20to%20the%20Law%20Enforcement%20Equipment%20Accessories%20and%20Data%20Management%20Services%20Agreement.pdf -- states the same amount was expected to be spent on "Investigative software licensing," using slightly different language.   I believe that all of the information I have requested is subject to public disclosure pursuant to the FOIA. However, if you decide to withhold all or part of the requested records, please send me a detailed statement of the reasons for this denial along with specific legal reasons under FOIA to justify the nondisclosure.
