It also states in contract that all items are being  produced by Hebei Jinshi Industrial Metal Co., Ltd a Chinese manufacturer in Hebei, China.  I have been a supplier of these exact products and a variation of for over 25 years. I painstakingly verify and qualify each and every process and raw goods supplier to make sure all products and raw materials are USA made products. This is the process that is required by the City of Chicago and has been for as long as I can recall. Not only is this a City of Chicago requirement but is a requirement of the FHWA’s Buy America Policy. This order is in direct violation of both entities.  It is my request to receive all documents pertinent to the above referenced Item’s. Any supporting documents that make Canuck Power, Inc. and Hebei Jinshi Industrial MetalCo., Ltd. a certified vendor is requested as well.  Please see attached documents as reference |
