I am requesting documents (if available), with copies of all contract proposals submitted by companies to the city while bidding on contract 28009 in 2013. Specifically, I am requesting an electronic spreadsheet with the following data:      • Names of all companies that submitted official bids to city for speed camera contract 28009 in 2013  • Lobbyists registered with the city for each company that submitted an official bid for city contract 28009 at the times a final contractor was selected  •  Name of all companies that received an in-person meeting with city officials on the committee to select a contractor for city contract 28009  • Copies of all bid proposals submitted by companies to city officials bidding for contract 28009 in 2013      The purpose of this request is to access and disseminate information regarding the health, safety and welfare or the legal rights of the general public and, because it is on behalf of a not-for-profit organization, is not for the principal purpose of personal or commercial benefit.
