Please notify me at your earliest convenience if this request is going to be denied as being unduly burdensome or if this department retains no such records. I would prefer the documents to be emailed to jbamberg405@gmail.com preferably in PDF,  Excel, or csv file list format, or shared through a file-sharing service.   Because I am a journalist and seek the information in order to disseminate it to the public, and because the information from these reports regards the safety, welfare, and legal rights of the general public, the request meets the statutory definition of "in the public interest."
