The following are hereby requested:  1. All Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”) prepared and/or issued in reference to Promontory Point from November 1, 2023 to date, including but not limited to a design planning study for Promontory Point.  2. All Requests for Qualifications (“RFQs”) prepared and/or issued in reference to Promontory Point from November 1, 2023 to date.  3. Any documents including and/or otherwise referring to a task order created in regards to any RFP or RFQ in reference to Promontory Point drafted or finalized from February 1, 2023 to date.  4. All e-mails (and attachments) that refer or relate to any of the following items in relation to Promontory Point from February 1, 2023 to the present: (i) a design planning study; or (ii) an RFP, or (iii) an RFQ; or (iv) any firms that are prequalified to receive an RFP and/or how such firms received pre-qualification to receive an RFP.  5. All documents identifying firms that are pre-qualified for work at Promontory Point from November 2023 to date.  Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter.
