The transaction closed in January 2020, so the EDS was likely filed in late 2019.   2) In 2017: Brainerd Park Apartments. The Applicant was Full Circle Communities, Inc. and the legal Partnership is called "Brainerd Park Apartments Limited Partnership". I wold like the entire economic disclosure statement, but if it cannot be provided in full, I would like the specific economic disclosure statement for the LIHTC limited partner - National Equity Fund, Inc. and its affiliates.
