Specifically, I am requesting the following information:  A list of all contracts awarded during this period, including but not limited to the contract number, award date, contract value, and the names of the contractors. Detailed eProcurement records for all awarded contracts, including solicitation documents, bid tabulations, evaluation criteria, and award notifications. Any correspondence or documentation related to the awarding of these contracts, including emails, meeting minutes, and internal memoranda. Documentation and correspondence from the awardees in response to winning the contract, including any acceptance letters, emails, or other forms of acknowledgment or response from the contractors. If these documents are available in electronic format, I would prefer to receive them in that manner. If there are any fees associated with processing this request, please inform me of the cost prior to fulfilling the request.  As this information is in the public interest and will contribute to transparency regarding the City’s procurement activities, I request a waiver of all fees associated with this request. If this request is denied in whole or in part, please justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the FOIA.
