Contractor's final DBE participation letter submitted to the City of Chicago Department of Procurement Services ("DPS"); and 2.	DPS's response to the Contractor's final DBE participation letter, sometimes known as the "DBE Final Contract Close-Out".  To clarify, I am requesting copies of both types of documents for each of the O'Hare Projects. This request is not being made for a commercial purpose. If possible, I would like the information emailed to me at the email address noted below. Otherwise, physical mailing to the address listed below is acceptable.  If the Department denies any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption that the Department feels justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available under the law. |
