Records documenting the government’s evaluation of the proposals described above including, but not limited to, scoring and comparisons of the proposals.  4. Documents supporting the government’s recommendation for the selection of the external auditor and the government’s decision for external auditor selection 5. Fees paid to the external auditor for each of the last seven years.  Because the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) was known as the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report during part of the document retention period, all references to the ACFR audit may include the audit of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report depending on the terminology used in a given year.
