Any and all search warrants from law-enforcement authorities for access to records or equipment at the Department of Procurement Services since January 1, 2021. Please also include any search warrant returns or receipts indicating items or records authorities removed pursuant to a search warrant.  I request that the records responsive to my request be sent to me electronically.  This request is made in the public interest. As such, I request a waiver of all fees. WBEZ is a non-profit news organization working for the public good and this request is not made for a commercial purpose.  If there will be a cost incurred for fulfilling this request, please inform me of the cost prior to fulfilling my request, as I will need to receive approval from my supervisor.  5 ILCS 14/3 requires you to respond to this request within five business days and your attention to this matter in a timely fashion is greatly appreciated.  If portions of the requested records are exempt, please segregate the exempt portions and provide me with the rest of the records.
