Any version of that report that breaks collections down by area or by property or account type (for example hotel, short-term rental, or marketplace provider such as Airbnb and Vrbo), and the number of accounts filing each month, if recorded. 3. How can we get to a point where we receive monthly updates of these figures, for example by email or through a distribution list? We'd really value your expertise. Under 5 ILCS 140/3.1 I note that this request is for a commercial purpose: the records will be compiled into a research dataset of tax collections. I am requesting aggregate figures only, not any individual taxpayer's return information. If any detail is confidential under state or local law, please provide the aggregate figures with only the confidential cells suppressed, and cite the exemption. Electronic copies (Excel or CSV preferred, PDF acceptable) by email are fine. If fees will exceed $25, please send an estimate before proceeding.
