Utility liens: liens the City recorded or filed during the period for unpaid water, sewer, or refuse charges against properties in the area, with PIN, service address, recording date, Cook County document number, amount, and release date if released. 2. Delinquent accounts referred for enforcement: service addresses in the area whose unpaid utility charges were referred during the period to collections, to the Department of Law, or to the Department of Administrative Hearings, with service address, PIN if kept, referral date, and delinquent balance or a balance range. 3. Termination notices: service addresses in the area that were sent an Orange Notice of Water Service Termination (nonpayment) or a Yellow Notice of Water Service Termination (meter access) during the period, with address, notice type, and notice date only.
