| Consequence | Incorrect wheel bolts can allow a wheel to loosen or detach from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash. |
| Remedy | Dealers will replace the wheel bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 24, 2026. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
