| Consequence | A detached mirror can reduce the driver's visibility and become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash. |
| Remedy | Prevost will inspect and replace the mirror as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed by March 10, 2026.
