| Consequence | A natural gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. |
| Remedy | Agility will replace the valves, free of charge. All affected garbage trucks were repaired by August 14, 2025. Owners may contact Agility's customer service at 1-844-474-7400 or Heil's customer service at 1-866-275-4345. |
