| Consequence | A liftgate that falls unexpectedly increases the risk of injury. |
| Remedy | Hiab will inspect the platform bushings and hydraulic systems and replace the deck pins, free of charge. Hiab will work with vehicle manufacturers to repair the vehicles. Owners may contact Hiab customer service at (440) 601-8852. |
