Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-27
The service is provided by Dunn Enterprises Inc., doing business as Zalwin, 11816 Inwood Rd, PMB 70134, Dallas, TX 75244.
1. Who we are and the service
Zalwin ("we", "us") provides online tools that (a) compile public government records, (b) run automated, read-only technical checks of public web pages, DNS records and HTTP headers, and (c) perform calculations from public formulas and your inputs. By using the site, the API or the MCP server you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Informational and educational only; no professional advice or certification
All reports, scores, estimates, generated files and data are informational and educational. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, medical provider, licensed engineer, insurance agent or public adjuster. Nothing on the service is legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, engineering, insurance or compliance advice, and using it creates no professional relationship. Automated checks (for example accessibility, security header, email authentication, structured data or law-firm intake checks) are heuristic tests of HTML, DNS and HTTP responses only; they do not certify or guarantee compliance with the ADA, Section 508, the European Accessibility Act, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, state bar rules or any other law or standard. Scores are estimates. Consult a qualified professional before relying on any output.
3. Not a consumer reporting agency (FCRA)
We are not a "consumer reporting agency" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq.), and no feed, directory, report or export is a "consumer report". You may not use any data from the service, in whole or in part, as a factor in deciding any individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, or for any other purpose covered by the FCRA or similar state laws. Our data products describe businesses and organizations and exclude records about private individuals where the source data allows.
4. Public records: currency and accuracy
Public-record products reflect snapshots of official government sources as of the dates shown, and may be incomplete, delayed, corrected or superseded by the agency. A recall, enforcement, violation or noncompliance flag is information published by the agency, not a finding by us of fault or wrongdoing, and may since have been resolved. Always verify against the linked official source before acting.
Third-party website observations (SaaSPriceLedger price histories, showcase audits and similar) record what a vendor's public page showed to our automated reader on the date stated. They may miss prices shown only after sign-in, rendered by JavaScript, or varying by region, currency or contract, and they are not quotes, offers or statements by the vendor. Product names are used only to identify the products; we are not affiliated with the vendors. Vendors can request a correction or removal at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Only scan websites you own, manage or are authorized to review, or public pages in a way their owners would reasonably expect. Do not use the service to harass anyone, to send unsolicited messages in violation of law, to discriminate, or to overload any website. Do not resell raw exports as a consumer report or use them for any FCRA-covered purpose. We may rate-limit, suspend or block abusive use.
6. Accounts, billing and cancellation
Prices are shown before checkout. We run periodic promotional and catalogue pricing experiments, so a product's price may differ between visitors and over time; visitors are assigned at random, never by identity, location or device. The price shown on Stripe's checkout page is the binding price for that purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are charged once. Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel any time at /support with your key, and cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Early-access keys issued before billing went live are free and are never charged automatically.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or of the start of a paid period, for any reason, using your key at /support. After 14 days, contact us and we will review your request fairly. This includes one-time unlocks and downloads of digital data: when a purchase is refunded, its key stops working and the access it paid for ends.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to URLs, HTML and information you submit. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service and to keep reports so you can share and revisit them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. For free tools and free scans, where you paid nothing, that amount is $0. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. Your responsibility (indemnity)
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your use of any output in violation of law (including any FCRA-covered use), except to the extent caused by our own wrongful conduct.
12. Disputes: informal resolution, individual arbitration and class-action waiver
Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly through support. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by writing to us within 30 days of first accepting these terms. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this section (other than the small-claims option) does not apply to that claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to section 12, courts in Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes apply to purchases made after they are posted.
